Build and check the docs site
Use this guide when you change docs or the public docs site.
Build the static site
bun run docs:build
The command writes the site to site/.
It also writes site/version.json as {"version":"v0.1.0"}.
Run the local docs gate
bun run docs:check
The command rebuilds the site, checks internal links, rejects unsafe active or encoded link targets, scans text and binary output for private content, verifies deterministic output, checks the Wrangler config, and executes worker/site.mjs against the built site for redirects, content types, headers, and the exact version.json body.
Deploy reviewed docs
The supported public publication path is the docs-site GitHub Actions workflow. It only deploys reviewed main commits and published release tags.
The workflow runs these commands:
bun run docs:check
bun run docs:deploy
bun run docs:verify-live
bun run docs:deploy builds site/ and sends it through the Worker static-assets config in wrangler.toml to agent-adversary.coey.dev.
bun run docs:verify-live is the post-deploy gate. It fails if the live site headers, redirects, 404 page, or exact version.json body drift from the reviewed source.
